Yes - absolutely. Our glass cups are made from borosilicate glass and can withstand both hot and cold temperatures.

We aim to get your order to NZPost for delivery within 5 working days. We expect all orders to be delivered within 10 business days.

We offer both. Some of our designs are curated based on our brand values and we also offer Lulu & Me original designs. If it is an original design, it will be mentioned in the product title

Yes. All of our cups come with a complimentary glass straw (20cm in length) and a bamboo lid all included in the price. We stock a variety of both straight and bent straws. Stock levels will determine which kind of straw will be sent to accompany your glass cup.

We do our absolute best with our packaging to get our glass cups to you in perfect condition however, damage to our cups during transit is not 100% avoidable.

As a small business, we will restock in small quantities to begin with, but will aim to grow this over time. If there is a design that you would like to order multiples of, (that are out of stock) please contact us to enquire further.

Our glass cups are sourced from China. Our designs are printed right here in Aotearoa by a local business in Auckland.

Our glass cups can withstand hot and cold temperatures however, we must advise not to subject the cup to extreme heat sources such as the oven, microwave and open flames.
