- This product is individually hand-pressed which means that it may have very slight ghosting (blurred areas) and minor imperfections however, this should not compromise the integrity of the design itself
- Always wash the inside of the glass before use
- The glass may have minor scuff marks however, this does not affect the functionality of the cup nor does it compromise the design
- Due to variance in computer monitors and device screens, the actual colour of the design may differ slightly to what is pictured
- The size and placement of the design as it appears on the cup you receive may also differ slightly from the picture as these are all hand-made cups
- The lid pictured differs slightly to the bamboo lid that comes with our product

- We source our glass cups from a selection of suppliers which may mean that there is slight variance in the height and width of the glass cup. (i.e. If you order two glasses, they may not be the exact same height/width) Margins should be within 0.5cm (very minor difference)
